DUNION will gladly authorize returns of UNWORN Merchandise in their original condition within 30 days of receipt of your order. We recommend that you ship your package via UPS so your shipment may be tracked to its final destination.

Dunion will refund shipping cost for returns only if:

1)your return contains defective merchandise or merchandise that was damaged during the initial shipping process. Or 2)Dunion.com fulfillment is at fault due to shipping and/or handling error(s).

Usual turn around time is 2-3 weeks from time shipped to when refund is issued.PLEASE NOTE: Clearance Items may not be returned. All purchases are final on Clearance items.

Items should be returned to us within the 7-day or 14-day period. Returns outside of these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of dunion.com. Please note that ran requests after the specified periods will also be granted at our discretion.

Please kindly email us the courier number after you send back the package for easier track.

We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. Therefore we suggest you place a new order for the style color you want and then send request to service@dunion.com to get an authorization to send the original item back to us as a return.

The original purchaser’s credit card will be credited for the full amount of the item(s) within 30 days of us receiving the returned item.
